1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of the Fastrack Forms & Notary Services LLC website and all services provided, including mobile notary, loan signing, certified document translation, USCIS form assistance, and live interpretation. By accessing or using this website or booking services, you agree to comply with these T&C. These terms establish the legal relationship between you (the website visitor or client) and Fastrack Forms & Notary Services LLC, a Texas-based business.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or request services.

2. Services Provided

Fastrack Forms & Notary Services LLC offers administrative services only. Services include:

• Mobile Notary Services: Notarization of documents at a location convenient to the client.

• Loan Signing Services: Facilitation of loan document signings in compliance with lender requirements.

• Certified Document Translation: Translation of documents such as birth certificates, death certificates, and other legal forms.

• USCIS Form Assistance: Guidance in preparing immigration forms for submission.

• Live Interpretation Services: On-site or phone-based interpretation for USCIS interviews, meetings, or professional settings.

These services are administrative only and do not constitute legal, immigration, or financial advice. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all documents comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Texas law.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information for all services requested.

• Reviewing translated documents within 24 hours to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Scheduling live interpretation sessions accurately and providing complete details about location, date, and time.

• Following the 24-hour cancellation policy: prepaid services canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are non-refundable.

• Ensuring documents submitted for notarization, translation, or interpretation comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Failure to provide accurate information, review documents on time, or comply with appointment policies may result in errors for which Fastrack Forms & Notary Services LLC is not liable beyond the coverage of Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance.

4. Payment and Refunds

• Payment is due at the time of service or as agreed in advance.

• Prepaid services canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

• Appointments not canceled within 24 hours or services already performed are non-refundable.

• Live interpretation pricing may vary depending on factors including phone or in-person service, travel distance, duration, or complexity of the session.

• Clients are responsible for any travel or additional fees associated with live interpretation services, as agreed prior to service.

5. Intellectual Property

• All website content, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is owned by Fastrack Forms & Notary Services LLC and protected under U.S. copyright law, even if not officially registered.

• Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of content is prohibited.

• Use of the business name, logos, or branding without permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Services, including live interpretation, are provided “as is”. Fastrack Forms & Notary Services LLC is not responsible for legal, financial, or immigration consequences arising from notarized, translated, or interpreted documents.

• Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance provides coverage for certain administrative mistakes, but does not cover legal outcomes or financial consequences.

• Liability is limited to the amount paid for services, to the extent permitted under Texas law.

7. Modification of Services and Website

• Fastrack Forms & Notary Services LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services or website content at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any such modifications or updates.

8. Confidentiality

All client information, documents, and communications are treated with strict confidentiality. Information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or to perform the requested services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and all services provided are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or services will be resolved under Texas law, and jurisdiction will lie within the appropriate courts of Texas.

By using this website or requesting services, clients acknowledge that:
