Refund Policy

At Fastrack Forms & Notary Services LLC, client satisfaction is a top priority. Due to the nature of notary, translation, and USCIS-related services, all sales are final once services are performed.

• Prepaid Services: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

• No-Shows or Late Cancellations: Appointments not canceled within 24 hours are non-refundable.

• Completed Services: Once a notarization, translation, or USCIS form assistance has been completed, refunds are not available.
